The CCLFC Forum Rules

The CCLFC Forum isn't run by rules, but is maintained and Moderated by a group of People who have volunteered to put themselves in the dubious position of making difficult judgement calls. To make our lives easier, please observe and adhere to the following simple Guidelines:

We reserve the right to remove any Topics or Posts that we deem inappropriate or disruptive to the CCLFC 'community'. We do not censor opinions or ideas on CCLFC, but we do take action against Posts and/or Topics that could cause unrest beyond a civil and polite disagreement. We reserve the right to ban any member who violates CCLFC Guidelines. Although we don't have to give reasons, we will be fair and provide a warning in most cases.

Don't make posts that are inflammatory just to get people riled up. No Member or Guest should engage in personal attacks on any other Member. Personal attacks are defined as Personal, Racial, Ethnic and Gender based insults, slurs, or derisive comments. Criticise ideas, not people. Flaming will not be tolerated.

Restrict the use of excessive foul language. We aren't saying you can't express your opinion, but there are ways to do so without swearing.

No pornographic, sexually offensive, sexually explicit, or objectifying material or any link to such material. We'd like for our Members to be able to read CCLFC Forum at work or at home and share it with their family and friends.

Do NOT 'hotlink' to graphical images used on CCLFC Forum.

Where links to external Websites are posted by Members, please be aware that The CCLFC Forum cannot be held responsible for the content of any such external Websites. Click on external links at your own risk.

All complaints need to be communicated privately to an Administrator or Moderator using either the PM System and/or E-Mail. In the event of this, the offending post will be edited or removed and the offending party shall receive a warning. If the behaviour continues, the Member will be banned. All we want is a little community consideration and no personal attacks. Let's all work together to accomplish this please.

Please post in the right Forum! If it's about Football, post it in The Football Forum, if it's a latest score or result, post it in The teams score board, if it's a joke or story, post it in The Lounge.

Only one Membership Account per person is permitted, there is no need for multiple Accounts on CCLFC Forum.

No 'I love ….’comments and no 'txt spk' in posts please.

Respect the privacy of others. Do not post other Members phone numbers, addresses, pictures, personal details etc., without their permission.

Blatant advertising of products is not tolerated. We cannot allow the free advertising of products or services on The CCLFC Forum.

Use descriptive subject lines and research your post. This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for Members to see what they do or don't want to read. Also, scan the subjects of the last several days' posts to make sure you aren't duplicating posts.

The CCLFC Forum logs the source IP address of every Post made.

All opinions and views expressed on The CCLFC Forum are those of the contributors. These opinions and views do not represent the opinions and views of The CCLFC Forum Administrators or Moderators, Football Clubs, Football Assoisation, Football Leagues, Players or Officials. Although the available Forums enable Members to express their opinions on a wide range of topics, this must stay within the bounds of legality. Such is the nature of Online Forums and Communities, The CCLFC Forum cannot be held responsible for any material posted on any of the available Forums.

These guidelines are easy to understand and even easier to follow and by being a Member of The CCLFC Forum, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
